Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days after your order is placed. During collection launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we are happy to assist in locating your package, MERêve is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

MERêve is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at merevedesign@gmail.com. While we will do our best to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
